The Brazil of flavors
The Tribunas Sociais do Jockey Club Brasileiro (private galleries for groups), in Gávea will host Delícias do Brasil on October 25-29. The event’s inaugural edition organized by Grupo Pax, Abrasel and Rede Record presents a national panorama of Brazilian cuisine, bringing together renowned chefs and producers from different regions of the country. The idea is to promote the production chain, Brazil’s culinary culture and publicize these rich Brazilian flavors, bringing together consumers and producers of the segment. The event opens on the 25th, only for invited guests and media and, on the other days, the event is open for free to the public with an intense program displaying the cuisine of many corners of Brazil.
In the outside area, the trade show will include restaurants, food trucks and traditional kiosks of national cuisine reviving and appreciating the culture of the country’s regions. The Restaurante Gourmet, with a 120-person capacity, will offer activities with participation of top culinary names, with the preparation of special brunches, lunches and dinners. Inside, 22 classes – with advance registration – will be conducted promoting the experience of cultural revival through cuisine. Chefs Cesar Santos and Marcones Deus are two of the names who will share their experiences with the public. Children’s workshops are also part of the event program, which even have daily musical shows for appreciating the regions of Brazil.
