Beerita – Cervas de Responda offers 12 craft draught beer taps and a different kind of gastronomy in Botafogo
Beerita is a gastrobar with a pub-like feel, and 12 draught beer taps dedicated exclusively to craft beers produced in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The brands available alternate on almost a weekly basis. And the beer isn’t present only in the glasses: the menu created by Gabriel Nigro includes barley, malt and even beer in the composition of the dishes.
The main specialty of the menu is the Raclette Dog. It’s a hot dog served on a typically French baguette and with a generous coat of beer Dijon mustard, and the dish also innovates with a craft sausage made with barley, herbs, and a layer of Emmental Figueira cheese melted with a blowtorch! The menu also offers vegetarian options and desserts with exclusive recipes.
