Have you imagined what it would be like to enjoy the sunset in one of the most breathtaking landscapes in Rio while eating Brazilian cuisine treats?
That’s the proposal of Clássico Beach Club, which opened its second establishment in the Urca Mountain, one of the most famous mountains in the world – the chain’s first establishment is in Barra da Tijuca. The menu includes starter dishes, gourmet sandwiches, snacks, drinks, juices and craft beers. Some of the highlights include: the Burger Cupim; the white fish ceviche, a version of the Peruvian dish with the fish chopped with a knife, lemon juice, red onion, spices, mini corn, passion fruit pulp and “raquete” potato chips; and brochettes, which range from coalho cheese (firm white cheese) to octopus, and they are served with white grape vinaigrette and “farofa de bacon” (toasted cassava flour with bacon).
