The sauce, which gives the unique and special flavor to the meat, takes 36 hours to be made, has 21 ingredients and goes through four processes of cooking. The desserts are also unmissable. To close up, the Belgium chocolate ice cream cone with cream ice cream and Nutella sauce (R$ 19.20) and dulce de leche Napoleon (R$ 17.80), and also French classics like the crème brûlée (R$ 16.60), and the tarte tatin (R$ 16.60).
