For more than ten years in Rua Dias Ferreira, Quadrucci has contemporary decor with romantic touches. In the lounge, the highlights are the bar of black tiles and a large mirror, which give a modern touch to the space. At each table, light candles and flower vase to give a more cozy character.
The kitchen led by chef Ronaldo Canha has Italian recipes and a menu that changes twice a year, in summer and winter. Good main options are the snapper in coarse salt with grape sauce and almond flanked by palm slices, shitake, sweet potatoes, eggplant, zucchini and grilled tomato and tuna smoked crust with black rice to the tomato and basil and vinaigrette yogurt with lemon.
