The modern brazilian cuisine.
The innovative chef Roberta Sudbrack has created a degustation menu that changes daily according to the freshest ingredients. The restaurant named
after the chef’s surname combines gastronomy to concepts of fashion, design, music, and architecture, and is located in an old two-story house in Jardim Botânico. The modern Brazilian cuisine preserves the gastronomic heritage without limiting itself to the local foods, and adopts trends of the world cuisine. With three stars on the Quatro Rodas Guide, the restaurant has also won its star in the Michelin Guide, as well as several awards the chef has collected over 20 years of career.
