The Cannibal was created after a period of deep immersion and research on the United States that lasted for two years, belongs to the businessman and beer sommelier Rodrigo Sampaio, who took part in the creation of the drinks and the conception.
The kitchen makes irresistible bruschettas, with flavors such as mushrooms, nirá and melted Serra da Canastra cheese. To accompany the meal, try the homemade Mate (yerba mate tea) made with an injection of a mix of nitrogen in low pressure. Burgers are also part of the menu, which has new items each season. During summer, one of those new items is the tuna tartare with guacamole and arracacha chips. To top off the experience in the bar, try the Panna cotta with passionfruit syrup and the brownie with cocoa brigadeiro (dessert of cooked condensed milk and chocolate), almonds and toasted coconut.
